I enjoyed a peaceful stay at the hotel, which is set in a quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle of Funchal. The rooms were decent, but could definitely use some updating to enhance comfort. The staff provided excellent service, being very attentive and accommodating. However, the location made it challenging to explore the area without a car, and the dining experience left something to be desired with very basic meal options. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it’s not quite there yet.
